PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

Sean Perrotto, PE

Sean brings 25 years of experience in the industry with over 13 years as a registered PE in Arizona. He is now also registered in Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. He has taken his knowledge and experience gained in working for small and large firms, in both the public and private sectors, and applied them to the acting Principal Engineer in this small firm. His involvement within local public and private projects keeps him in close connections with Lake Havasu City Staff, including over a year of staff augmentation working directly with City Staff within City’s Public Works Offices.

In May of 2019, Sean was excited to his career and opportunities to the next level and created a partnership of what started as three and is now co-partner with his brother Eric as of March, 2021. Sean’s engineering role in the company is to oversee and manage the engineering operations and practices within the office. However, maintaining Client relations is a vital factor in the industry. As part Owner, he is dedicated to the focus of the company's growth and committed to being a leader in growing his employees commitment, personal growth, and career. He spends most of his day managing project progress and working directly with Clients. Sean prides himself in providing responsive Client service, local knowledge, and the local relationships he has gained over the years of working in the industry. In the public sector, Sean works directly with Colleagues and prides himself of being told he is considered to be a direct extension of City Staff.

PRINCIPAL DESIGN MANAGER

Eric Perrotto

Eric brings 25 years of experience in the industry, being heavily involved in the technical design aspect throughout his career, resulting in being a master of his craft utilizing the AutoCAD Civil3D program. In 2008 the industry transitioned from an AutoCAD 2-D based program to a 3-D based platform which he had to master which is the core and foundation of what the industry requires to use for a deliverable product today. This has also allowed him to communicate effectively with Contractor's and provide data on order to keep up with Contractor's newest equipment utilizing GPS.

Similar to Sean's career move, Eric also took a leap of faith to further his career and created a partnership of what started as three and is now co-partner with his brother Sean as of March, 2021. Eric's role in the company is to oversee and manage the general operations of the design, production, and deliverables of the Projects.

His expertise lies within a wide range of improvement plan design including single-family residential subdivisions, commercial projects, and municipal infrastructure projects. Eric prides himself in being an AutoCAD Civil 3D expert, and efficient at it. When he's not nose-deep in the computer he's assisting with Project Management, staff operations, and running a successful company.
