PRINCIPAL ENGINEER

Sean Perrotto, PE

Sean brings 25 years of industry experience, including over 13 years as a registered professional engineer in Arizona. He is also registered in Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. Leveraging his experience gained in both public and private sectors, and at firms large and small, he now serves as the acting Principal Engineer for this small firm. His work on local public and private projects keeps him closely connected with Lake Havasu City staff. This includes over a year of staff augmentation, working directly within the City's Public Works Offices.

In May 2019, Sean launched his own firm, initially as a three-person partnership. As of March 2021, he is now co-partner with his brother, Eric. Sean leads the company's engineering operations and practices, while also prioritizing client relations, a critical aspect of the industry. As co-owner, he is dedicated to the firm's growth and committed to fostering his employees' engagement, personal development, and career advancement. He spends most of his time managing projects and working directly with clients. Sean prides himself on providing responsive client service, leveraging his local knowledge and established relationships built over years in the industry. In the public sector, he collaborates directly with colleagues and is proud to be considered an extension of city staff.

PRINCIPAL DESIGN MANAGER

Eric Perrotto

Eric has 25 years of industry experience, with a strong focus on technical design. He is a master of his craft, particularly with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Since the industry's shift to 3D modeling in 2008, he has expertly navigated this transition, becoming proficient in the software that is now essential for delivering projects. This expertise also allows him to effectively communicate with contractors and provide data compatible with their latest GPS-equipped machinery.

Eric's desire to advance his career led him to co-found the firm, initially as a three-person partnership. He became co-partner with his brother, Sean, in March 2021. Eric oversees and manages the design, production, and delivery of all project deliverables.

Eric's expertise encompasses a wide range of improvement plan designs, including single-family residential subdivisions, commercial projects, and municipal infrastructure. He is a highly proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D expert. Beyond his design work, he also contributes to project management, staff operations, and the overall success of the company.
