Trico Engineering works with our Clients and City staff to provide limited construction administration including, but not limited to; bidding review support, requests for information (RFI’s), technical submittal reviews, water and sewer main test monitoring, and approval of construction applications to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ).
